Local Government on Ocean Flower Island

      

       

                Local government here is complicated, but simple. Especially on this is island. economy is balanced so everyone is equal. Our local government was imported from China. so we have a Chinese government, take that Japan. Here there is not a lot of money; ( but enough ) here so we do alot of bartering, We have strict laws about the our system of bartering. But we have a good all night party law, you may party all you want unless we tell you to stop or we will take you downtown ( at the dock ). If you do not obey the laws of the island you will be punished by walking the plank.
